Community Resource Booth

A special addition to our Merchant's Row area will be a Community Resource Booth. This will be a place to learn about all the groups, open circles, classes, public events, and nonprofit organizations in our Pagan and other alternative spirituality communities. It's our way of giving back to the groups that give so much to all of us.

If you have an organization or personally offer a community resource, we would like to invite you to bring any flyers, handouts, posters, banners, calendars, business cards, etc. that you wish to display, share, or distribute.

There is no charge for this service, and participating organizations would not need to staff the booth. However, we would appreciate any volunteers who might want to sign up for a 2 hour shift. We are in need of a 10x10 canopy with tarps or sidewalls, three long tables, and two or three chairs to be temporarily or permanently donated to create this booth. If you would like to help with providing any of the equipment, please contact beltania@beltania.org. If you would like to volunteer, please contact volunteering@beltania.org.

If you are a nonprofit organization, you may have a small raffle or other fundraiser or ask for donations as long as it supports your nonprofit and the informational aspect of this is emphasized. We ask that if any fundraiser sale, raffle, or donation collection takes place that you are present and handling your own money, that sales tax is collected if required, and a small contribution made to Living Earth would be appreciated.

If your organization wants to share information at the Community Resource Booth, you will need to

     a) send an email to beltania@beltania.org with a few details about your group and what you'd like to share with the community at Beltania,

     b) purchase your admission tickets to Beltania online at www.beltania.org. (Registration ends April 30 or whenever we sell out, which may be much sooner, so be sure to get yours in soon.)

     c) Drop off your flyers, postcards, or other information at the booth when you arrive!

Feel free to pass along this information to other community groups, teachers, or other folks you may know of who might like to be a part of the Community Resource Booth.
