Merry Meet, Merchants!

STEP 1:  Please read information below to be a Merchant at Beltania 2012.

• Our Merchant Booth spaces are 10’x10’ and cost $45.00 per 10’x10’ space (through 2/29/12).  $65 for 10’x10’ space when registration is received before Apr. 1; $85 for 10’x10’ space when registration is received before Apr. 27, 2012.
• You may purchase one or two of these spaces.
• Booth location will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis as you arrive on Beltania site for the Festival.  (With the exception of accommodations needed for handicapped Merchants.)
• Gates will open at 10am Wed., May 9, 2012 for Merchants.  Gates open for participants on Thurs., May 10, 2012.
•  Merchants may bring up to 2 adult helpers with them to set-up on Wednesday.
• Camping for Merchants will be available either adjacent or near their booth.  Merchants are also welcome to camp in any camping areas at the Beltania site.
• Merchant Booths are expected to be open from Noon-5pm, Thurs., May 10; 9am-5pm, Fri., and Sat., May 11&12; and 9am-11am, Sun., May 13.
•  All Merchants are encouraged to donate one or more items to the Beltania 2012 Silent Auction.  You can provide information about the item, as well as your Company info to be placed on the Silent Auction form, and deliver the item when you arrive on site.
