S.J. Tucker
“Without our songs and stories, we are nothing.” This one phrase tells you what you need to know about S. J. Tucker. Multi-instrumentalist, road
warrior, front woman, songwriter and rallying point; yes, she is all of these things. More than most, though, more than anything, she is a storyteller. She is the voice of lore at the campfire and the sharp laughter of modern myth, a vanguard of the Mythpunk movement with a gypsy Celtic folk rock sound that cannot be ignored. With one hand on her art and the other held out to you, she is songs and stories, community and wit. Named "the face of neo-tribal Paganism" by Witches & Pagans Magazine, S. J. is honored to help weave some Spirit into Beltania this year.

Pandemonaeon's Dangerous Beauty: Voted Album of the Year by The Wild Hunt (2010). A lush and sensual blend of rock and metal with the delicacy of folk instruments from around the world.

TuathaTuatha
Music to energize your spirit, move your body, spark your imagination, and elevate your
soul.

Sharon Knight
San Francisco songstress Sharon Knight is a Celtic folk singer in leather armbands. She plays octave mandolin as if it were an electric guitar and sings as though she means to summon a storm. Together with longtime collaborator Winter she tours several months a year, performing Celtic-inspired folktales that sound like they ran away with the Faeries at the turn of the century and took cover in an old trunk bound for the circus, which was then commandeered by pirates. Her “Neofolk Romantique” style combines a love of antiquity and romance with an affinity for the haunting and melancholy, adds a hearty dash of feistiness, and reminds us that we can all see the world through the eyes of enchantment. Sharon and Winter are also the founding members of Pandemonaeon, and can be found here:

Skean Dubh
Skean Dubh accompanies our annual Maypole ceremony and dance, and this year they will also take the stage for a featured concert performance.

Traditional and modern celtic music.

Pandora Celtica
Pandora Celtica is a Dark Celtic Faerie a cappella band from Denver. Their combination of powerful harmonies and tragic subject matter have been thrilling audiences for the last six years.

Orpheus Pagan Chamber Choir

From its debut at Beltania 2010, Orpheus Pagan Chamber Choir has become a respected entity within Denver's Pagan community, receiving acclaim for its performances at the Denver Witches' Ball, Front Range Pagan Pride Day, and Beltania. "12th Night with Orpheus" has become an overnight tradition within the community and beyond, and its ritual based on the myth of Demeter and Persephone was a highlight of Beltania 2011.

The singers in Orpheus follow Earth-based spiritual traditions or are Pagan-friendly. We seek to share with our audiences the power and beauty of choral music from many historical and cultural traditions as we explore the Pagan presence in traditional choral music, the emerging Pagan choral repertoire, and more.

About their Main Saturday Night Ritual

Ancient fuses with future when Treehenge Grove and Orpheus Pagan Chamber Choir blend ageless Druid ritual with the mystical sounds of Missa Druidica by Ft. Collins composer Joe Nemeth (Themon the Bard). Join us for a magical journey betwixt time and between the worlds.

Forests of Azure

With electric guitars, fuzz pedals, reverb, echo, and a measured dose of performance art, FORESTS of AZURE weave together neo-psychedelic threads of classic 60's and 70's psych rock with world music, dub, and trance dance tribal grooves to bring guests on a new journey - an adventure of sorts... Is everybody in?
