Regular Admission tickets are valid for the entire Beltania festival, from 10 am Thursday through 4pm Sunday. Saturday Passes are for Saturday only from 8am to 10pm and does not include overnight camping. Saturday Pass holders must park in the Day Parking Lot. If you purchase a Saturday pass and wish to stay overnight, you must pay the full difference in ticket price at the time of your upgrade. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US asking us to create a special ticket for you to make up your own price and type of ticket for the days of your convenience. Only Full Festival and Saturday Day Passes are available.

Young Adult “Occupy Beltania” CARLOAD DEAL
For Young Adults ages 18-24 ONLY in one regular size vehicle. Each Young Adult Must be willing to do 3 or more work shifts during the festival OR be on the teardown crew, as long as it takes on Sunday. There must be a seatbelt for each adult in the car. That applies regardless of when they arrive, so if it's late on Saturday they'll be spending most of the time working or doing teardown. Any adults older than 24 must purchase admission separately at the regular adult price.
Work Shifts
By continuing to the next page you acknowledge that you are required to work one 2 hour shift during your stay at Beltania if you purchase a full-festival pass. "Occupy Beltania" young adults (18-24) must perform 3 work shifts regardless of entry time. One merchant per booth, one workshop leader per workshop, and stage performers may consider the workshift optional. Saturday day pass holders and those under 18 are not required to do a workshift. A Few Private Fire Pit Permits Available for Purchase Each Year.
Beltania provides and staffs several community fire pits throughout the festival. You may use them at any time, even if it's at a time when a volunteer isn't fire-tending as long as you are willing to stay until it's out. We even provide the firewood for the Community Fire Pits! But if you're one of the few people who wish to have a private fire pit, we do allow a few of them with some pretty hefty restrictions. Bringing your own raised/enclosed fire pit without having one of our 10 permits or digging a new fire pit are grounds for immediate removal from the festival without refund. Propane fires and propane grills are not limited nor are permits required. Should you wish to cook with a charcoal grill, you must purchase a Charcoal Grill Permit below and be willing to follow very detailed guidelines on their usage. Charcoal Grill and Fire Pit Permit holders will be emailed a list of requirements prior to the festival.
