Festival Admission

Full Festival Admission: Includes free parking, valid Thurs 10am - Sun 4pm. Tent camping included. Other lodging options shown below. Commuters, just purchase admission without adding lodging options.

Camping and Lodging (For all 3 nights) - in addition to admission
Campsite (or trailer/camper 12' or under) - 
75 tent sites available. Unlimited guests per tent site. Up to 3 structures (tents/canopies) per site.		  $10 per campsite
RV Parking: level spot on gravel. Located near cabins, some distance away from tent camping. No hookups. Must purchase an RV space if over 12' long. Under 12' may be considered car camping. 18 spaces available. $25 per vehicle
Car Camping: camp in your vehicle, no tents or structures. Park no more than 5' off the road. No charge
Yurt camping - View Details. Yurts are quite large cabin-like structures with solid floors and low sides with a high peak canvas top and skylight. All yurts are close to the bathhouse and have electricity. Bring your own sleeping bag and linens to go on the bunkbeds. Hang your own tapestries for privacy if desired.

Rent an entire yurt (sleeps 12): $10 per bed x 12 beds x 3 nights. (1 available, only offered through 1/15, cannot  guarantee availability after that time. Must purchase minimum 10 admission tickets at the same time as yurt purchase. Minimum 10 registered guests per yurt, max 12. 

One bed in a shared yurt: $10 per bed per person x 3 nights. Four yurts to choose from, one yurt is ADA accessible. We may have "theme yurts" to choose from (women only, co-ed, family, etc.)

Log Cabins and Cabin Rooms - View Details. All cabins have living rooms with woodburning fireplaces, free firewood, two bathrooms per cabin with showers, private parking, electricity, and heat. Bring your own linens and towels. Note: Cabins are priced exactly at our cost.
  
     ASPEN CABIN: 
Whole Cabin for 3 Nights: $31.25 per bed per night x 16 beds x 3 nights. Only offered through 1/9/15. Must purchase a minimum of 12 admission tickets at the same time of cabin purchase.12 minimum, 16 maximum.
Bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (sleeps 4): $31.25 per bed per night, x 3 nights x 4 beds per room. 4 rooms available beginning 1/10/15 if whole cabin does not get reserved. 

    COLUMBINE CABIN:
Whole Cabin for 3 Nights: 16 beds x 3 nights. Only offered through 1/9/15. Must purchase a minimum of 12 admission tickets at the same time of cabin purchase.
Bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (sleeps 4): 3 nights x 4 beds per room. 4 rooms available beginning 1/10/15 if whole cabin does not get reserved.

    PRICKLY PEAR CABIN:
Bedroom with 2 single beds (sleeps 2)
2 beds per room x 3 nights. Three units available.
Bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (sleeps 4)
4 beds per room x 3 nights. One unit available

    INDIAN PAINTBRUSH CABIN (with full kitchen shared by all 4 rooms in the cabin, quiet hours begin at 10pm):

Merchant Booth Space

Merchants must also purchase Full Fest Admission. View all policies and details on the various spaces. 

NEW CHANGES: All merchants, readers, and bodyworkers will be located in Merchant Marketplace at Inglis Hall. Includes lighting and electricity. Chairs and tables are included. The hall is air conditioned and heated, and has a large stone wood burning fireplace. Marketplace is unlocked for merchants at 7am then opened to the guests at a time TBD. Marketplace will be locked by Facilities Director upon closing.
  • 1 max space per merchant
  • Please note, first right of refusal goes to Beltania 2014 merchants until 1/7.
  • You may share a space with another vendor with prior approval from beltania@beltania.org
  • Half our spaces, minimum, are reserved for artisans and local craftspeople. Artisans can also reserve a general merchandise space if all artisan spaces are taken.

Psychic/Intuitive Reader Table Space
    We are limiting space to 2 readers. Includes a 36" round table and chairs. Spaces are adjacent to a warm, inviting large stone fireplace and windows.
