Some positions start in August/September. Staff meetings begin around December or January and are 1-2 meetings per month. Coordinators often work independently or in smaller groups to accomplish needed tasks. We occasionally have workdays scheduled to build something together or do a site visit. 

Many positions remain filled by the same people year after year, but we do occasionally have openings. We'll post open positions here as well as a way to contact us.

Higher level staff positions can involve 50-500 hours of pre-festival work. Some positions become paid at a token stipend in thanks for your service,  or hourly rate after the first 100 hours of volunteer time. Some positions are mostly limited to working at the festival, from 8-12 hours per day.

Job Description:

Heavy lifting possible. Setting up tents, equipment, signage, and more. Loading and unloading trucks. 

Pre-Festival Meeting 9-10am on April 6 at Living Earth in Denver is MANDATORY unless you really can't make it. A meeting on March 9, 9-10am, is also happening.

At Beltania: Volunteers need to be there ready to work from 10am-7pm on Wednesday, and we'll need some people to commit to also being there to help from noon to 6pm on Tuesday before festival. 

Setup Team members will also be handling the first shifts of parking duty and gate duty on Thursday morning. Exact workshift schedules to be determined and shared at the pre-festival meeting.
